Passaparola

Google Reviews are the new ‘word of mouth’, or as they say in Italian ‘Passaparola!’ They are, indeed, an online form of passaparola: a tool for people to share their opinions, to express their personality, likes and dislikes. By capturing the spirit of three Italian cities through illustrations and local dialects, this post-lockdown campaign shows how reviews can go a long way and help small businesses get noticed.

3 x 20s films, each of them focused on a different city: Roma, Milano and Palermo.

Rome Best Restaurants

We have been so happy to be part of this project, giving the local accent to the roman spot, to make it human and personal, to help Italians realise the power of a Google review.

Milan Best Boutiques

Recipes, traditions, typical products and inside jokes play an important role in the creation of the beautiful kaleidoscope of Italian communities.

Palermo Best Artisans

To create a sense of community, the last words spoken by one person carry on to become the first word of the next person. So reviews are like a conversation: every one becomes an inspiration for someone else’s experience to begin.
